Each Williamson Bros. sale is conducted under the terms announced with that event. By registering to bid, in person or online, you accept those terms together with the general conditions below.

Personal property auctions

Everything sells as is, where is, with all faults and no warranties expressed or implied. Inspect before you bid; the auctioneer’s descriptions are a guide only.
The auctioneer’s decision on any dispute is final. Buyer’s premium, sales tax, payment and removal terms are stated with each sale.
Firearms transfer in compliance with federal and Georgia law; you must be 21 to purchase firearms and ammunition.

Real estate auctions

Property sells subject to the terms announced for that sale (absolute, with reserve, or subject to seller confirmation), including the buyer’s premium, earnest money due day of sale and closing within the stated period.
Real estate sells as is, with no contingencies; inspections are welcome during the announced previews.
